Masked before the AI model

Before any request reaches an AI model, Eksen detects personal data — names of people, vessels and similar — and replaces it with placeholders such as [PARTY_A] or [VESSEL_1]. The model reasons over masked text only.

The table that links placeholders to the real names is held in your session and the real names are put back only on your own screen. The table is not transmitted to the model and is not stored on our servers.

Zero retention

Prompts and documents you submit are not logged and are not used to train future models. We operate on the principle that user input and output are never retained beyond what is needed to return your result.

Sovereign infrastructure

Processing runs on servers under Eksen's direct control. Data sovereignty is a design principle of the product, not an afterthought.

An assistant, not the decision-maker

Eksen is a professional assistant. Its analyses, drafts and screenings are aids to your judgement — the final decision always rests with you, the qualified professional. Outputs should be reviewed before they are relied upon.

Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability over your personal data. Because content is masked before processing and not retained, the data we hold about your use is minimal.
